1st Annual lil' Beamer's Gathering

| The owners of lil' Beamers in Texas wanted to get together for a weekend of trail riding and exchanging lil' Beamer stories. The Grasslands north of Fort Worth was to be the meeting place, and over a dozen riders made plans to meet in mid September 2008. Mother Nature had other plans for many of the riders tho, and sent Hurricane Ike up the east side of the state the weekend before the ride, leaving many without power with trees down in pastures and on houses and barns. The lucky ones with power and no damage met and rode, with the promise of a *redo* as soon as everyone has their lives back to normal. |
